Level: Kindergarten and first grade after the basic alphabet sounds have been mastered. Transportation > Water Transport > Ship A ship is a large vessel or watercraft built to carry people or goods long distances through deep water. Historical Ships: La Niña, La Pinta and Santa Maria: The ships that Christopher Columbus and crew sailed in their first expedition in 1492. The Mayflower: that transported the Pilgrims from Plymouth, England, to Plymouth, Massachusetts in 1620. Consonant Sh Digraph Presentation: Present the digraph Sh ship six-piece online jigsaw puzzle to practice problem solving and view digraph Sh in upper and lower case. Adjust number or pieces using the change cut button on the left. Present and display your option of digraph Sh printable materials listed in the materials column. Explain that when letter 'S' and 'h' "tag along together" they make the Sh sound. Invite children to make the sound.
