Activity > Presenting the rhyme:

"Baa, Baa, Black Sheep" is an English nursery rhyme and the oldest known version appeared in print around 1744.

The text has not changed much over time, and the most common modern version is:

Baa, baa, black sheep,
Have you any wool?
Yes sir, yes sir,
Three bags full.

One for the master,
One for the dame,
And one for the little boy,
That lives down the lane.
