"Little Bo-Peep" is an English nursery rhyme and the earliest version was published in 1805. The melody was composed by James William Elliot in 1870, also a nursery rhyme collector.

The most common text is:

Little Bo-Peep has lost her sheep,
And doesn't know where to find them;
Leave them alone, and they'll come home,
Wagging their tails behind them.
